Had a decent stay for a short trip to explore South Beach. What I liked the most was the great location, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff were always ready to help, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed in my Classic Terrace King room, which was a plus after a long day of walking around. However, I did notice that the room could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness.

But, don't get too cozy because we encountered some unwanted guests—a spider and a roach. Also, the door's lock was dodgy, and those cloth headboards? Yikes, they were way past due for a wash.

Additionally, amenities like the coffee maker were unreliable, and other guests reported issues like sticky floors and poorly functioning showers, which shouldn't be the case for the price point.

The restaurant, Limonada, offered delicious food and drinks, enhancing the stay. I appreciated the friendly service from some staff, especially Mauricio, who helped with luggage. However, the room cleanliness was subpar. I found moldy pillows, and the bathroom had issues, which made it uncomfortable. The noise from the eatery was surprising and disruptive, especially late at night. Additionally, the amenities fee felt unfair considering what was provided. There were no beach towels available when I wanted to go out, leading to disappointment. This place has potential but needs serious maintenance and attention to guest comfort.
